Enjoyment For All

Residents regularly ask, “What are we getting for our annual POA dues?” Mowing & pesticide... a boring answer. The real answer covers a bigger picture of providing safety, communication, insurance, common property care, and neighborhood fun. Making our residents happy through good property values, safety, and fun activities is what CLEPOA is really ALL ABOUT!

Let's be real though... it's nothing without you, and a common desire to make things better. So, please pay the Dues. And please volunteer.
We are actively seeking suggestions and volunteers for neighborhood activities we may all enjoy. A block party, a kite-fly on the hill day, a CLEPOA night out, a garden pot party... whatever, just let us know what you would like? And we always need Board help, PLEASE volunteer for that!

Send Us Your Email Address

We are building a distribution list to electronically notify all residents concerning important notices, dates, or meetings.  Please send your full name and email address.  (This distribution list will not be shared or sold to any business.)  Send your email address to: CLEPOA

Our Annual Neighborhood Clean-up day

A big THANK YOU to all the residents who came out to help keep our neighborhood clean inviting. We planted some new plants and flowers, fertilized. pruned and mulched trees and plants. Then we performed a general clean-up of the entrance area.  It was a beautiful day.  We hope to see you next year.

Remember, you can always help when you can by picking up debris, as well as keeping porches, yards and sidewalks clean.

Neighborly Lawns and Sidewalks

We are asking all residents to comply with the property maintenance requirements contained in our covenants and bylaws. Be sure to maintain lawns, reduce high weeds,  garbage, etc.  Please take a poop scoop or plastic bag to clean up after pets have done their “business.” Also, keep your kids safe from tripping over sprinklers and coming in contact with fertilizers or pest control substances by asking your children not to ride bikes through or play in a neighbor’s yard without permission. Thanks for your cooperation in helping  keep our neighborhood clean and attractive .

Motor Vehicles Parking & Speeding

Please try and not park your motor vehicles for extended periods on the road as they block visibility.  Please obey the speed limit because we have lots of children who play outside.  Thank you for your cooperation.
